Ingredients

140 g Sugar.

250 g cream cheese.

60 g corn flour (cornstarch).

60 g of wheat flour.

A little bit of salt.

100 ml of whole milk.

50 g unsalted butter (at room temperature).

1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

6 large eggs.

1 teaspoon cream of tartar.
