U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Washington District is hosting a naturalization ceremony at Hylton Performing Arts Center where the Oath of Allegiance will be administered to approximately 410 new Americans. This ceremony is part of a special program in recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month a period from September 15 through October 15 in the United States, when people recognize the contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the group's heritage and culture.
